Cotswold Cottage

Cotswold Cottage

South Elevation

JA 2012

  • This proposal was to extend a modest, semi-detached cottage, which sits in a constrained location, backing into a hillside.
  • The extension would include a cross-gabled wing, a form beloved by Cotswold Arts & Crafts architects (Ernest Barnsley built one on his own home, Upper Dorvel House, in 1902).
